Portation from Lyca to EE

Hey, i just ported 4 phone numbers from Lyca mobile to EE business on 08/11. On 09/11 my numbers we're already ported to EE the process was fast. I'm able to call /send text messages and access data however i'm unable to receive any text messages on all 4 mobile phones. I believe the portation is not yet completed?

 I have the following devices; Iphone 12, Samsuns S20,Motorola G7 and another Iphone 12

 

The reason i'm creating this topic was because i'm unable to get in touch with anyone from customer service to check if my portation is completed.

Unfortunately for yourself, there is no individual account access on this public forum, you will need to call into CS to resolve this issue.

 

Just make sure all the devices have been restarted.
