Hi

 

I am out of contract on my monthly EE plan and want to upgrade. I currently receive a 20% discount on my plan. If I upgrade online, will the existing 20% discount be applied to the cost of my new monthly contract, or do I have to arrange this by calling EE or going into an EE shop.? Many thanks.

@Warkio  That will depend if this discount was only applied for your now out of contract device contract.   Some discounts are only applied for the contract that you currently have.   You’ll need to speak with customer services to see if it can or will be carried over to a new upgrade.  You then have the choice or upgrading online or while your on the phone to customer services.

The fact that your still getting your Discount even though your out of Contract suggest to me that you should be able to keep and apply that discount over to a new Plan or some Upgrades.

 

But for me I would highly recommend you speak to and upgrade in person over the phone or at least by live chat rather than doing it as an Online Order and possibly lose the Discount.
