I have upgraded my phone to a google pixel 3a and have had difficulties in transferring my data to the new sim card. The quick switch adapter said that my old phone's cable couldn't transfer data and to try another, which I did and it said the same thing. I then tried going on google and doing 'set up my device' but this didn't work either. I've been on EE activate your sim and gone through the process - it's now been over 24 hours and nothing seems to have changed on my new phone. I also now don't have any signal on my new phone or old phone.

@Rosie95 Have you tried restarting your new device? The transfer cable doesn’t transfer your number to that new SIM card as this is a network level transfer.
