Hi my son’s new phone arrived yesterday....and today his number has suddenly changed! When he texts me his number is completely different to the one on my account. Why might this have happened and how do we correct it? Thanks.

are there any additional numbers showing on your account ?
could you try registering his new sim using this link you will need his old sim for this process.
you will be asked to enter his existing number then you will need to enter new sim card number.
