I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max, 2 days ago. I was told it would be dispatched within 24 hours, and I have not received any dispatch info 2 days after ordering. The phone is in stock.
As well as this, I paid £100 upfront for the phone, and this hasn't been taken out my account yet? does this money need to be taken out before the item can be dispatched?
Can anyone help? 🙂

yes I have tried the order tracker several times, it just reads a message saying can’t show details right now, but I’ll be updated when the item is dispatched.
I ordered the phone 4 days ago now and it has yet to be dispatched
