Ordered a upgrade on Sunday. And have heard nothing since, contacted on social media but have received no reply. It says on the tracking number dispatched within 24 hours. Just want to know what's happening with my order?

@cainyboy What device? If it’s an iPhone 13 or Samsung flip or Samsung S21 you gonna be waiting a while longer.

Yeah it's the Samsung s21. When ever I have upgraded my phone before, I have always had it the following day!

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on the 21st and it still isn’t here, EE shouldn’t allow an order to go through knowing they don’t have the stock. It’s. Pretty simple - look how many is in stock, accept that amount of orders. It’s a joke I took a day off work due to being told it would be with me Friday just gone. Not happy,
