Phone keeps freezing

What phone do you have?

How old is it?

Do you close apps after use?

Is it close to its storage capacity?

I’ve got a iPhone 12

i got it on 24th December

snd yes I do shut apps after use

 

even corner arrow buttons only seem to work when they want to,  I’m not happy with a new phone

Is anyone gonna sort this for me please

You waited around 2 minutes before moaning no one is helping you.

 

We don't have access to you or the phone or your account.

 

If its a new phone has it had a major update? 

If so do a factory restore.

 

Is it up to date?

 

And you forgot one the questions I asked you. Is the storage almost full?

@Danieldriscoo34  why are you closing the apps as this is going to consume more battery power every time you re-launch them and will destroyed the life of the battery.  Only the force close the app if you’re having issues with the app. 

 Just come out of the app and leave it in the app switcher.  

have you tried factory resetting the iPhone ?
