Good evening, I've ordered (25.08) my phone (Oppo Find x2 Pro) and after the "Thanks for your order" email from EE I have not received any update. The email says that:

Now in stock. Usually dispatched within 1 day to you.

There is no account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've been spending over 40 minutes on "150" and nothing. Live chat is a joke 😉
