Phone Repair

Hello,

 

I pay insurance with ee, will this cover the below phone repairs needed? I'm scared to send in if they might additionally charge me...

 

-scratched front screen

-charger detects moisture everytime phone battery dies (this is an error as phone has not been near any liquids)

-battery life doesn't last very long

@JadeNaomi92  If you’re paying insurance then just make claim.  You’re not making a warranty claim so your device will not be fixed it’ll be exchanged.  You’ll have to pay the upfront cost to make that claim and that’s it.
