Hi,

I have recently put an order through for a phone upgrade. 

I have received an email saying they've got my order and they have given me a tracking number. 

However every time I put that number in it comes up with an error. 

Does anyone also know how long it should be for a phone to arrive?

They said they'd keep me updated but I am yet to receive any type of update.

If the tracker aint providing you with a update ring customer services on 150 or freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
