Hi there. I'm due a phone to be delivered today but it has just stated I need ID which I don't have. Is there anyway to get around this?

@Helennisbet94 anyone with photo ID at your address can accept the device.

My boyfriend stays at this address can he use his ID but he doesn't have the same surname as me

The person signing for the delivery would need to have the same surname and show their photo ID when the courier arrives.
