Perks discount codes

Hi I've registered for Perks discount codes & received the email to say I've been accepted. However, when I use the Perks link in the email to access the actual codes it says that I haven't been accepted & to apply again.

 

I don't have any contact details for Perks directly. I replied to the email & this was bounced back 3 times. There is no contact no to ring. 

Can someone please advise what I'm meant to do?

What is the full error message you see when trying to login at perk.ee.co.uk/Account/Login?
