Does 'Pending Boosts' mean that I have the extra data and just need to activate it, or is it possible that I've already used it up?
It says that I have no data left, but do I have all of the above still to use (i.e., 11 x 500MB)? If I do, how do I activate it?
I've gone to the Help & Support page, but there is no way to email or IM, and I can't phone just now. Is there a way to find the answer to this question without phoning and talking to someone?
(Is the photo showing up?)

Solution: I had a live chat with someone who said that 'Pending' was just the way they word it, and it's not actually pending, but has been used up.
Therefore, 'Pending Boosts' does not mean boosts that are pending, but boosts that have been used up.

@Barbara146 they should start automatically once you have used your pack allowance if they do not start you will have to call customer services. And at around 3:30am customer services was closed anyway so you couldn’t call and there is no live chat for PAYG customers and there is no email address for you to use as emails are too slow to deal with customer issues.

In other words they are lying. It should say ‘expired’ as pending clearly does not mean that.
