Paying twice ?

Hello,
I hope you can help. Looking at my PAYG account I see I have a huge (>£150) credit balance and my bill goes out as usual on the 28th of every month.
What's going on ?
Am I paying twice ?

You can't be on PAYG if a bill is posted each month.

My fault for not making it clear.
I don't get a bill I meant my DD for my PAYG phone.
- I have a huge credit balance as well so j think I may be paying twice - my bank are no help at all !!

@markknight5691 : I still don't get you. You don't pay for PAYG by DD, only by bank card. Do you have a recurring top-up? Do you have a pack?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
