Hi @breith
Could you explain a little more about your query. Do you have tablets on monthly contracts with EE?

No the tablets are paid for, I used to have a 3 SIM card where I topped up if and when I wanted. We decided to both go with EE, I being asked to pay a monthly top up charge plus our phone bills, where as my husband only pays his phone bill.

@breith EE use packs to give you a data allowance and these will last 30 days before you need to purchase a new pack. Even if you what a standard PAYG you’ll still need to purchase a data bundle and these last 30 days. EE PAYG isn’t great for tablet use unless you use a pre loaded data sim and that will give you a set allowance of data for a set number of months.

I would guess you are on PAYG as you were with 3 while your husband is on a monthly contract.

We both have a contract for our mobile phones. We both have an Apple iPad which I have to pay a monthly fee for whilst my husband doesn’t have to pay anything, would like to know why I have to pay for data and he doesn’t.

I wasn't referring to your mobile phone contracts but the airtime plans for your tablets. I'm guessing yours is on PAYG which you top up each month while his is on contract which he pays monthly by DD.

His tablet plan must be on the same monthly bill as his phone contract. What plans are listed under his Bills & Payments?
