Paying for an early upgrade.

Hi today I have paid for an early upgrade (£207) for an iPhone 11, this was at 16.55pm I have now had an email from EE at 20.32pm asking me to contact them by phone to give more information. Why is this?

@Alexiaronnyxx   Because they want to speak to you about something. Until you call your order will not be processed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

sorry stupid question but do you know what this will be about?
