I am calling EE to ask for an invoice/receipt of my Pay as you go plan, but there is an automatic voice whose options give not support on how to ask for this receipt. What can I do?

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

It is an automatic voice over and it does not said anything about speaking with an agent or ask for help. It only gives the options of top up, pack management, or technical support, bot none of the options help. I have tried also with Option 2 > Option 4, with no success. That is for free bost.

Hi @lmc_630,
Don't worry if you need to select a different option to speak to an advisor. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help with your query.

Seriously? Am I missing something (not impossible)? If I want a simple receipt of payment for PAYG I've got to phone you? And have to do that every month? Looks like I'm going to move to another supplier...

@tufty1875 If your a PAYG customer yes. It’s pre pay so you are not sent a bill of any sort.
