Pay as you Go - new sim card

I have purchased a new phone and require a micro SIM card for my same number - how do I order one from EE

Hi Bristolian - have received a text from EE saying there has been a problem please contact them on 150 from the device -- daft no signal in the house so go outside ring 150 keep on telling me the balance which cuts off me dialling 1 to speak to them.  They are useless.

Do you have the My EE app? if so, could you try calling through that?

 

There should be an option to click to call.
