Pay As You Go

I came across an EE PAYG Pack with 500MB data, 250min talk & unlimited texts for a monthly fee of £5 and duration of 30 days - under "Packs available to customers who joined after 18 March 2020". This pack would suit my needs but, unfortunately, I cannot seem to be able to select this option when I try to top up my account. Can anyone help, please?

Hi @Ether

Thanks for coming back to the community.

If you text ALL PACKS to 150, the reply will show you all available packs.

You can also view current available pay as you go packs on the What are pay as you go packs, Help page.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

There use to be a £5 "Everything pack", they do not offer these anymore.

That is not a £5 Everything Pack but a new-style £5 Data Focused Pack that has since been discontinued 😞 . Unfortunately the Price Guide where you see that list of "Packs available to customers who joined after 18 March 2020" has not been so updated.

@Leanne_T : Please can the PAYG Price Guides be updated to reflect the current actualities?

Thanks @XRaySpeX, I'll feed this back now. 🙂

What a pity! I don't use my mobile often enough to justify any of the £10/month-30day duration options and I was pleased to have found a EE pack which matched the low-cost pack offered by Lebara - only to discover that it had been pulled. Oh well, back to the drawing board!

There are a few Mobile virtual network operators, that offer a "pack/bundle" under £10 - for 30days - with data, calls and texts.
