Hi, i need to cancel my request of PAC number, i just change my mind and i need to upgrade but i cant becuase of this request. Thank you

@ionelalazarescu you’ll need to wait for the pac code request to expire.  This will be 30 days from the request for it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
