PS4 add to plan

Did a PS4 add to plan on 2nd December & was told it should be dispatched the following day. Still waiting & it's for my grandsons for Christmas. Don't want to panic, but I've heard nothing more since ordering it...

Just had a conversation with customer services...they have no stock at all of ANY PlayStations & have no indication of when the next delivery is likely to take place so the chance of getting these orders in time for Christmas is pretty non-existent! The sand goes for anyone who ordered a new iphone & hasn't received them. The chap was very apologetic & agreed they shouldn't be showing as on offer when there's clearly no stock available!

My grandsons will be devastated!

@FryA2103  You should of had this by now.  I highly recommend you call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
