I have just realised that PM Connect which promotes iFitness as a scam has been taking £3 per week on my EE bill since 2016, so they now need to refund me over £750. No consent, no contract, no T&C ,no service, what is going on at EE?
I have complained to EE, PM Connect in Birmingham and the PSA and awaiting results until I go to the small claims court.

@Killerwhale12 EE are not responsible for what you sign up with even if it was accidental. The fact it’s been going on since 2016 I very much doubt you’ll be refunded the whole amount from the subscription service. Have you not look at your bills since 2016 ?

Hi @Killerwhale12 ,
I'm sad to hear this has happened to you. If those debits were taken by Direct Debit, you may have a chance at getting your bank to review whether you genuinely and properly signed up for those charges.
I would recommend that you search online to remind yourself of the Direct Debit Guarantee if this is the case.
Current account debits or credit card recurring payments may require other routes to successfully get a charge back actioned. It would probably be best to seek advice from your bank in the first instance. Good luck! 🤓

I'm late to this thread, but the OP mentioned in their first post that these charges on have been on their EE bill since 2016.
The Direct Debit guarantee has very little to do with this, aside from it being the method of paying EE's monthly bills.
