Hey Everyone, I am new to this forum.
I have an EE contract myself and was offered a second sim for a bit extra. As it was cheaper and more data than the wife's Tesco Mobile, I went for it.
On Friday last week (possibly after the 530pm deadline), I did the 'Transfer the PAC number' thing.
It's now Tuesday Morning and she is, um, not happy with me. Nothing has transferred over. I have just rung her old phone and it's still ringing with her Tesco Mobile number.
I even went back into the PAC page and used the PAC number again, which came up as invalid.
Anyone give me any advice? I need it sorting today. She is seriously annoyed with me after I told her it would be really easy. Don't worry, I said, EE are a huge company it'll be sorted soon.
Has something gone wrong?

If you didn't submit it till after the Fri cut off, then today would be the earliest day it could move anyway.
I would suggest you give EE a call and just confirm it was submitted ok and is going ahead on schedule.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't realise if took so long - I thought it was all computer generated lol 🙂
I'll leave it until later and give it a chance - her majesty's gone to work now so no whinging about it until later lol
