Some of our in-store staff are now able to answer your questions on the phone, expertly dealing with things you'd usually have gone in-store for. You can now book an appointment online and someone from your local store will call at an arranged time. 

 

Our staff can help with;

 

  • questions related to Covid-19

 

  • payment and billing queries

 

  • tech and app support specific

 

  • advice on price plans and bundles

 

Unfortunately, our staff can't process purchases (like upgrades), or answer specific account queries (like cancellations or replacement SIMs).

Superfast no-contact deliveries with expert remote set-up

 

We've also adapted our Enjoy service to respect social distancing rules. It's the same superfast delivery, now with remote expert set-up over the phone. 

 

You pick a day and time that suits you - then our experts will let you know when they're on their way and will drop your new device outside your door. If you're upgrading, you could get your new device the same day you order it. 

 

Once you've got your new device, our expert will talk you through: 

 

  • Setting it up so you're ready to go straight away

 

  • helping with transferring personal data from your old phone

 

  • explaining new features and giving tailored guidance

Hi I know this has been discontinued sinve 2018 but I have been trying to get an Ee 4gee action cam, viewfinder watch usb pogo cable for a few years now. I bought the action cam and watch from ebay but it never had a watch pogo cable. I have looked everywhere online but nowhere has them. I really want to use the watch but have not been able to as I cannot charge it up. This is my last resort contacting yourself because I don't want to bother you about it. If there is some way or some workaround I could use to charge the watch I would be extremely grateful. I don't know if somewhere you may have a compatible cable as I cannot find them anywhere online. I really don't want the watch to go to waste as I haven't even tried it yet. I use the cam on a daily basis for ppe in my workplace as a security officer and the watch would be so useful. I really hope someone can help me with this. I really rate your product but I feel I am restricted as I cannot use it to its full potential.

Hi there I took a contract out for my partner at the time and myself . Now that we have been split up for a few

weeks he is refusing to give the phone back and the sim Card. I can’t afford to pay for his contract also as I would have to pay nearly £200 a month , I don’t work , I am disabled, just came out of nasty stroke abs pneumonia the same time . I can pay my side of the contract not a problem but I cannot afford to pay his contract. Would it be possible to cancel that number he has and forward that number and contract on to him?

I am so sorry to hear this is happening and I hope you get to feeling better soon. 

 

A contract can't be stopped or placed under someone else name without them agreeing to this, if they do agree to this a change of ownership can be completed. 

 

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team who can provide you with more information and support which can be offered.
