So recently I ordered a IPhone 12 Pro in the 11th of January as my contract was coming to an end. Therefore, I decided to upgrade my phone keep the old one with a cheaper SIM card deal in EE and give the new one (with higher GB per month) for my daughter so that we can share those GB per month. When ordering the guy said that would be the best option so I went along with it, however I was never told that delivery would take so long. I’ve been waiting and I have not yet been updated about the delivery of the phone, which is really frustrating as now I’m reaching the end of GB allowance on my new SIM card which means that I will need to wait until the new phone comes back for me to be able to use mobile data outside my house.
I would really appreciate if I could get an estimate of when my phone is arriving.

Could you please let me know what models you have available to make it quicker for me to change my order?
