Hello, I ordered the s21 in phantom grey on the 21st of the month. It's now been back in stock for the past 3 days yet I've not heard anything else about the upgrade, I need to send my old phone back so was hoping to find out when it's coming, thank you!

Was this the Phantom White? 

If so, this is currently showing out of stock, available to order and to expect despatch within 14 days.

It wasnt the phantom White. It was phantom grey the second one on the list

I have the same issue with the s21 5g 128gb Violet

It brings two concerns for me

1) The old phone is meant to be with the recycling company EE is using for 6 July but that is looking ever less likely and that could mean a £650 fine for me

2) I am going away for a week 5 July so I fear any extension to the recycling I seek will be affected by this. I would not have ordered if I was to know there was a long long backlog.
