Ordered upgrade phone & plan

I ordered an upgrade phone & plan on Friday evening. Had the confirmation email with 12 digit code. I have not heard anything since though. Phone was apparently in stock.

@heywood777   You will need to call customer services about this as it’s public forum has no access to your account.
