Ordered my upgrade in store can i change to a delivery instead

Hi hope someone could shed some light on my post I ordered the s20 in branch on the release day and the store said it would be a few days I understand that what is going on with coronavirus and as the stores are now closed for the time being I was just wondering if I could change my order from being delivered to the store change it to a delivery as I paid to upgrade early thanks for any help on this post

@Karl36  if this is possible you need to call customer services so this can be arranged. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
