Hi ! Trying to upgrade phone as massively overdue one but won’t let me online and I don’t want to phone up and be stuck on the phone forever ! Any help ?

@Mark92   If you’re having issues doing this online then your only option is to call customer services

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
