Order keeps failing- cant get through on phone

Hi,
I recently ordered 2 upgrades online. I received order confirmation, and then received an email saying more information was needed to complete the order, and another email saying there was a 'mismatch' on the order for the 2nd handset
The emails told me to call however I've been trying in my lunch break every day for an hour a time for nearly 2 weeks and not been able to get through. Help! It's the second time Ive ordered new handsets and had the orders cancelled by EE as I've not beeen able to get through on the phone

I'm afraid you will need to speak to EE CS on 150 as requested. The lines will be busy wihen you call at lunch.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
