Order confirmed but no delivery date

I've got confirmation of my order but I cant Track my order or anything and it's a pay as you go so when should I be able to track my order or get an email from the delivery courier?

if the tracker doesnt display any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to assist you.
