I upgraded my sons sim only contract on the 29th of April. I got the confirmation email saying you guys had the order but nothing since then. It was only a sim up grade so no new device or anything why is it taking so long. I get that things a difficult just now but it should only be a system update of the contract and tariff.

If you call 150 and select the option to upgrade a advisor will be able to complete your upgrade for you.

This could be set to change on your next billing date for your son's number, have you had a bill since you upgraded the SIM plan?
You can check this within your My EE app or online account.
What plan did you select?
