Hi, I have topped an old sim card up with £10 however it won't work, I imagine that it has been deactivated as it hasn't been used for 9+ months, why does it let you top the number up if it is deactivated? And is there any way of getting my money back if it can't be re activated?

@Rachelg22 You’ll have to call customer services about this. It might still be within hibernation which means you need to go customer services to get it reactivated.

Thank you for your reply. I spoke to customer services and they said that it could be reactivated as it was within 6 month time limit.
That was yesterday however it still won't work today. Looks like I'll have to phone them again.
