I ordered a SIM in November, order no. xxxxxxxxxxxx, and there is no sign of it. Checking the order only acknowledges that you have accepted it and it is being prepared, then, nothing!

Was it just a SIM card that you ordered?
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can take a look at this for you.
