I've recently just switched to tesco mobile and wanted to keep my number from EE I did the switch over with my number and PAC code and my number that I wanted to keep has now disconnected and says No Service but on the new sim that number was supposed to switch to it's still the tesco number and it doesn't seem to be changing over. Tesco mobile informed me that I have to contact EE regarding this. Thanks

@Nsmith85 This has nothing do to with EE you’ll need to speak with your new network provider. You gave them the PAC code they then request your number to be moved to that network. Your new network provider does this on your behalf and you don’t do anything other than supply the PAC code and EE don’t do anything for you. Your new network provider has to take responsibility for this as you gave them the PAC code to migrate your number. Your no longer an EE customer so EE can not do anything to help you.
