Number not changed over to new sim

I upgraded my phone but my new number has not moved over to my new sim and both my sims are not working so I have no working sim card and I'm still waiting for this to be fixed 5 days later

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech advisor will be able to get your new sim up and running for you 🙂
