I’ve recently changed to EE. I use my mobile as a personal hotspot for Now TV . I can’t get the Now TV to recognise the 4G of the EE sim for some reason help please

Which NOW TV device do you have?

The WiFi SSID you will be looking for is the one you have set for your mobile personal hotspot. Can any other device, such as a laptop, see your hotspot SSID?

Hello there thank you for your help. My laptop connects fine. It’s a now tv box not a stick. I’ll have a go at the set up you suggest, fingers crossed
