I have just taken out a new contract with 160GB of data but the app and website only say I have 80GB?? Why is this?

@MartyA Just a thought….

EE will often give you a standard deal at the normal price but then boost your data allowance with a free add-on as a special deal arranged with you. In your case, it may show 80GB data but with an additional 80GB as a free boost or add-on. Have you looked closely at the details?

If that isn’t the case then call them on 150 and get it sorted.

This was not the case. I contacted CS and it was an issue from the EE store I bought the sim card from so only CS could sort it. Many thanks for your reply though.
