I ordered my phone on early Wednesday morning and received no confirmation that my delivery was dispatched so I had to phone customer service and had to go through security questions with them, they said my phone would be delivered to the EE shop today, but I received no text from either EE or DPD about my order, I went to check in the shop anyway and they said they haven’t received it yet. I am getting a little concerned as I have still not received a text or email from either parties about an update on my order? Is this normal? Should I wait a little longer or phone Customer Service again?
