Hi @Kelly118,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If the phone isn't locked to another network, it could have been reported lost or stolen and blacklisted.

If you put your SIM back in your old phone is it still working?

James

Yes it still works in my old phone

Hi @Kelly118,

If your SIM works in your old phone, there must be an issue with your new phone. It could well be locked to another network or blacklisted. I'd recommend contacting the seller to check.

James

I’ve spoken to apple support they said the phone is working they checked the serial number. I’m going to go to my local electronics shop tomorrow to see if they can figure it out thank you for your help.

Hi @Kelly118,

Have you tried a factory reset? Go to Settings > General > Reset
