I paid for a new phone upgrade back in mid-november and I haven't received anything bar a email receipt when I first paid for it. I understand it's a busy time of year but I thought I would get some sort of notification by now, any help?

you can check the status of your order here.
If the order tracker doesn't show any updates for your order if you call 150 a customer service advisor will be able to access your order and give you up to date Information.

Hi there, thank you for the advice! I looked up my order using the reference to which it said "sorry we can't show your order details right now". I'm going to have to try and call 150 so here's hoping the phone queue is not long!

Hi all,
Got in contact via phoning 150, found out the order hadn't been fully put through but I was able to get it all sorted and my new phone is on the way!
