No evidence of upgrade

A EE colleague put through my upgrade, on chat, but I have not had any confirmation of this upgrade. No email and when I put the tracking number in (that I had to request off them) it isn’t showing anything. The phone I ordered was in stock when I put my order in but I have nothing to show I have even ordered it
