No dispatch email

Hi,

 

I ordered an Xperia 5 ii on Sunday 29th Nov. The item is listed as in stock on the store and I was expecting a dispatch email within a day or two because of this. Order number is xkoxxxxxxxxx but the tracking page says it can't show the details. Just wondering if there's any delays?

@Aldaris   That’s an order number not a tracking number and you shouldn’t post that on a public forum.  You’ll have to call customer services about your order. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The tracking site literally asks for the order number not a tracking number.

Also the order number means nothing by itself. No one can use it for anything.

Anyway coincidently enough I've had the dispatch email after creating the thread so it's immaterial now.
