Hi @Gilberto1 ,
Did you damage your SIM/chip?
If so, you would need to be in the UK to receive, and likely activate, a replacement anyway.
A broken SIM is in a safe state so there is no need to report it lost or stolen as long as you keep it with you and request a replacement on your return.

You can order a new SIM here, but it will be delivered to a UK address. Alternatively you can get one free in any EE store when you return.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
