No confirmation of upgrade order

I upgraded my phone today but have not received any confirmation emails. Nothing has changed on my ee account to say I have upgraded either. The upfront cost of the new phone is pending in my back account so something has happened, but I would expect an email at least to confirm my order and change of my monthly bill. I spoke to someone on the online chat but they was no help at all!

Welcome to the community,

 

If you are concerned, then ring up customer service and they can take a look for you, but the email may be on its way later today or early this evening. You should also be able to check in the My EE App and click on what’s new and then track my order or log in to your account via the web.

 

The evening before delivery, you should receive an email/text from DPD of next day delivery and on the day another one with a one hour delivery time.
