New phone

I received my new upgraded phone today with a new SIM but to have my old number  put it in and did the process to activate it.... Does anyone know how long it normally takes???

Did you activate your new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?

 

Have you received your PIN on the old SIM?
