New phone

Was told would get message today when new phone arriving, still waiting!!!!!

Not happy at all. Seems to me customer service is great until you've signed the deal, then nothing happens.

Have you had any text or email from DPD? 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled? 

Also, what phone did you order including size and colour?
