I ordered an s20 fe 5g. I paid £30 upfront also got a delivery day and time. I was really happy until delivery day came and then got a phone call about id that I needed wasn't told about this and as I don't have a driving licence or passport they said I could not get the phone deliverd. Really not happy as never got told needed specific id for delivery was needed. I do have validate uk card but that's only to profe my age. What can I do as shops not open and I don't have a phone and can't keep using my friends phone. Please help

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the necessary ID to accept your order.

 

Does anyone at your address with the same surname have ID?

Unfortunately no one has a passport or driving licence.

I'm afraid it won't be possible to deliver the phone to you without the necessary identification.
