New contract sim

Hi,

    I am posting here without being hopeful of getting solution. I am a new Joinee doctor at NHS from India and I placed order for a contract sim of EE on 4th April, 2020. I received a mail for order confirmation of same with a reference number. I also had a helpline number mentioned in case I have no updates. I have tried calling that number, tried everything to find status of my sim, but in vain. In case someone from EE is willing to help I can mention Reference number.
