New and phone iPhone 12 pro max

I was wondering i didn’t ring the number after placing my order for the phone and it says £100 is waiting to be taken out my bank and was just wondering what’s happening

It could just be a pending charge and will drop off after around 7 days if EE decide not to take the money.

If you don't want the phone now, may be best to call EE and cancel?

I got declined for a phone and was just wondering if I can have the £100 back for the deposit

It it showing in your pending transactions or has it been debited from your account?

If the transaction is still showing as pending, it hasn't been completed. It should stop showing in your account soon.
